3d street art “Galata Tower” in Istanbul

My second 3d street painting in Istanbul “3d Galata Tower” for Galata University. Thats the same stairs I did before: 3d optical illusion in Istanbul   but view point is from the top. The composition contains the figure of flying Hezarfen. The famous Turkish scientist, who managed to fly over the Bosphorus on his wings. For this time 3d street art “Galata Tower” its probably the biggest optical illusion in Istanbul.

The Galata Tower is a historic tower in Istanbul, Turkey. It offers panoramic views of the city and the Bosphorus. Originally built in the medieval period, it has served various purposes throughout history, including as a watchtower and a fire observation point.

Constructed in the 14th century by the Genoese as part of the fortifications surrounding their colony, Galata Tower has become an iconic symbol of Istanbul. It stands tall at about 67 meters and has a restaurant and an observation deck at the top, attracting both locals and tourists. The tower has witnessed centuries of history and has been featured in literature and art.
